What do I do? Is there a special wash or de-fuzzer?

I have a black cashmere sweater and vest from Garnet Hill that I love, but when I wear it with nice white shirts or a turtleneck it leaves black fuzz all over the shirt (by mid-morning not pretty for a meeting), help!!
